What’s inside the 66-page PDF
| Page | What’s on it | Tap to go |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Year | All 12 months of 2027 at a glance, holidays circled | Mini month → that monthly page |
| 12 · Months | Dated grid with holiday names, a lined notes column and a week strip (W1–W53) on every row | "2027" badge → year page, week strip → that weekly page |
| 53 · Weeks | Each month’s weeks follow its monthly page, one page per week: seven day boxes with holidays, plus a "This week" checklist | Month name → that monthly page (both months for a week that spans two), "2027" → year page |
| Every page | 13 side tabs (2027, Jan–Dec) — on weekly pages the week’s month tab is highlighted | Tab → that page |
Pages are 1024×768 pt (4:3 landscape, the iPad screen ratio) and drawn at 2048×1536 px, so dates stay crisp when you zoom. Weekly pages run from the week containing January 1, 2027 to the week containing December 31, so the first and last weeks show a few 2026 and 2028 dates in light gray. The PDF outline lists the year and 12 months, with each month’s weeks folded underneath, so GoodNotes’ outline view can jump anywhere. Prefer a monthly-only planner? Set Weekly pages to Skip for the 13-page version.

Why a dated planner instead of an undated template
Most free GoodNotes planners are undated, so you write every date by hand, and the dated ones usually sit behind an email sign-up or a paid download. This one is dated for 2027 from the start — monthly and weekly — and you can rebuild it in another color or with a Monday start whenever you like.

FAQ
Is this digital planner really free? Do I have to enter my email?
It is free and there is no email gate or account. The PDF is generated right in your browser, so nothing you choose is sent to a server, and there is no download limit — make one in every color if you like.
How do I import the planner into GoodNotes?
On iPad Safari, tap "Send to GoodNotes" and choose GoodNotes in the share sheet; it opens as a new notebook. If you used "Download PDF", open the Files app, find the PDF in Downloads, long-press → Share → GoodNotes, or in GoodNotes tap + → Import.
Why don’t the hyperlinked tabs work when I tap them?
In GoodNotes, a tap with the pen or highlighter writes instead of following the link. Tap with your finger, or switch to read-only mode first. Notability, Noteshelf and other PDF note apps also support links, but each app handles taps slightly differently.
Which holidays are included?
The US option marks the 11 federal holidays for 2027 from 5 U.S.C. 6103, including Juneteenth (June 19) and the observed days when a holiday falls on a weekend: Friday June 18, Monday July 5, Friday December 24, and Friday December 31 (for New Year’s Day 2028, a Saturday). Choose "None" for a clean calendar, or "Korea" for South Korean public holidays.
Can I start the week on Monday?
Yes. Pick Monday under "Week starts" and both the yearly overview and every monthly page switch to a Monday-first layout. Sunday is the default because it is what most US wall calendars use.
What size are the pages? Can I print it?
Every page is 1024×768 pt in a 4:3 landscape ratio (66 pages with weeklies, 13 without), so it fills an iPad screen in GoodNotes, and it is drawn at 2048×1536 px so it stays sharp when you zoom. It also prints on landscape US Letter or A4 with a small margin.
Does it include weekly or daily pages?
Yes — 53 weekly pages are included by default, one for every week that touches 2027 (with a Sunday start, the first week begins Sunday, December 27, 2026). Each month’s weeks follow right after its monthly page, so you can simply swipe through. Each weekly page has seven day boxes and a "This week" checklist. Week numbers count the week containing January 1 as W1, so with a Monday start they run one ahead of ISO week numbers. Tap a week strip on a monthly page to jump to that week, and tap the month name at the top of a weekly page to go back. Set "Weekly pages" to Skip for a 13-page monthly-only planner. There are no daily pages; add blank pages from GoodNotes’ templates if you need them.
Can I share or sell the planner?
You can use it yourself and share copies with family and friends. Please don’t resell the PDF. Anyone can make their own copy in their favorite color on this page.
